The National Undersecretariat of Electric Energy has announced the launch of a National and International Public Tender for the sale of shares in Compañía Inversora en Transmisión Eléctrica S.A. (CITELEC).
Citelec SA is the parent company of Transener SA Transener is the main company of transport of electrical energy from Argentina. Through their networks, transports 86% of the country's electrical power.
The tender has for its object the transfer of the shareholding of Energy Argentina SA, which represent 50% of the total share capital of CITELEC SA
Interested parties can access the documentation referred bidding through the platform www.contratar.gob.ar.
This call is part of the management of the sector and the transformation of the energy configuration argentina.
