The president of Energy of Argentina, Dr. Juan Carlos Doncel Jones, exhibited in Italy about the benefits and prospects that will be open to the energy sector of our country with the Law of Bases, the mechanism of Private Initiative and the Incentive Regime for Large Private Investment (RIGI).
Doncel Jones participated on the 25th of June in Milan, Italy, the business meeting “Argentina: new opportunities in the energy sector and the productive transition”, invited by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Argentina and the agency Promos Italy. The event was also organized by the foreign ministries of both countries and featured in the opening with the presence of the minister of Foreign Affairs, Diana Mondino.
With more than 190 investors, the president of Energy Argentina shared the panel along with the governor of Chubut, Ignacio Torres, the President of the Chamber of Producers of Hydrocarbons, Carlos Ormaechea and the lord Leopoldo García Cluster Dead Cow. Doncel Jones highlighted the scope and benefits of the procedure of Private Initiative and the RIGI, at the time pointed out that, of the hand of the boom in gas and oil in Vaca Muerta, the development of Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) and the development of the hydrogen-green, the estimates indicate that argentine exports of energy could spend U$D 9.297 million in 2022 to U$D 26.610 million in 2030.
