Energy Argentina today approved the call for tender for the supply of pipes for the second stage of the Pipeline Perito Francisco Pascacio Moreno. This started the process that will allow to realize this fundamental work for the energy sovereignty of our country.
Companies interested in participating in the process should include a funding proposal.
The president of Energy Argentina, Augustine Gerez, noted that, “this new challenge, driven by Sergio Massa, allows us to close the virtuous circle that started with the first stage of this project,” and explained that “both with the second stage of the gas Pipeline”, as with the Reversal of the Pipeline the North, which will start its operation in April of 2024, we're going to save more than 7,500 million dollars of imports of energy, and even have balances exportable gas by more than 1,000 million dollars per year.”
This second stage of the pipeline will extend from Salliqueló in the south of the province of Buenos Aires to the locality, province of santa fe, San Jerónimo, with a total area of 524 kilometers, allowing you to cater to all locations productive located in the vicinity of the trace that today are supplied with liquefied petroleum gas, enhancing their processes and the final goods that market.
