Award of 8 shipments of LNG

They were awarded the cargoes of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG). After the appropriate tender held last Tuesday, June 10, Energía Argentina secured the third award of cargoes of LNG. There are a total of 8 vessels; 7 awarded to Total Energies Gas & Power LTD, and 1 awarded to BP Gas Marketing LTD.  

The cargo, of 2,100,000 MMBTU each, are estimated date of arrival for the last week of July and first week of August. 

As in each of the processes, Energía Argentina invited to participate to 39 companies pre-qualified. Of them, 6 submitted bids in the last tender. 

The bidding process for LNG is certified to ISO 9001 granted by IRAM and has the presence of a law clerk public and internal audit. In addition, it is broadcast live on the YouTube channel of Energía Argentina (https://www.youtube.com/live/t4NDxoacbyI?si=MYXhr-A6WUwiYpUN )

International tender to select a supplier–aggregator of LNG

We launched the Public procurement National and International levels for the selection of an agent marketer–aggregator for the acquisition of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and its commercialization in the domestic market nationwide during the winter period.
The process aims to select an operator that is in charge of importing LNG and market it as a gas regasificado in the domestic market, through the use of the regasification terminal located in Escobar.
