IEASA, as a public organisation that manages projects and works of infrastructure, energy, engages in a process of knowledge management open, free to use and free of charge, providing visibility of their actions and access to information for the implementation of solutions, and making decisions for the public good.
Projects and works in execution, such as the Hydroelectric plant of the Santa Cruz river (AHRSC), Pres. Néstor Kirchner And Gob. Jorge Cepernic, various gas pipelines distributed in the national territory, and the thermal combined cycle plants, they are now part of our commitment to the country and the society.
In this context, today, we published the Observatory web oriented AHRSC, and in the future will address all the works of the energy infrastructure of the company. The same is a way that confirms our commitment and creates a new bond of relationship between the projects and the society.
In 2017 it was presented at a Public Hearing in the Congress of the Nation, provided for in Act No. 23.879, the Environmental Impact Study (EsIA), which helped to support the technical feasibility, economic and environmental Project AHRSC. In this framework, it is implemented the Environmental Management Plan-EMP, which identifies and organizes the recommendations of the Environmental Impact Study. There is established as a commitment to the development of a Observatory web to spread the action, work and the information of the plans and programmes that are carried out.
The same has been enriched to see a comprehensive view of the energy projects, contributing to the sustainability management.
The Observatory AHRSC is a space that brings together and interlinks tools based on concepts of knowledge management interdisciplinary, surveillance and strategic networks of collaboration and sharing of knowledge. Its structure and components, designed as a comprehensive system, allow to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the processes that make the study and construction of a work of hydropower and the implementation of environmental commitments in favour of the society and the nature.
The knowledge management of the project is conceived as a process that is increasing the scale of the interventions and the volume of information. It is necessary to promote an application adapted for the large scales of information, helping to facilitate their availability and fast access to your diligence. This is the case of the generation of a sum of knowledge, which accumulates and that is going to align on the objectives of their use. The application of the information is tailored to each circumstance in the stages of construction and operation of a hydroelectric plant.
IEASA values a participatory management of knowledge. It is sensitive to the analysis and collect, in a systematic way and permanent, data and information with the purpose of assessing and tracking the complex of actions and processes surrounding the construction of a hydroelectric project. This attitude to knowledge extends to its public dissemination, turning to the company in the first observer of this management, and facilitating the means to get to know the opinions of the actors directly or indirectly involved in its development.
The Observatory, materializes a focus and a vision of the guardianship and management of the project AHRSC, embodied in its entirety the vision of watershed management, reinforcing a clear position in favour of the free circulation of information. Disseminates the exchange of knowledge in network and capitalizes on the generation of new knowledge in support of specific policies. So also is a support tool for education.
The Observatory AHRSC develops your ability with independence in its research and analysis, and in collaboration with national government agencies, provincial, regional, and local which makes available the knowledge to be applied in policy development and to the benefit of the community.
